Sub: List of MP – Privilege Motion ahead

Dear All
With great pleasure, we attach list of honorable members of the Indian Parliament to whom we have sent e-mail highlighting latest development of “Commission” issue.

Most of the hon. members have reportedly opened the mail. We consider to have alerted our Parliamentarians of the issue of “Zero” commission and the U-turn taken by MoCA to amend laws in favour of erring Foreign Airlines.

A Case forms up:

(a) On 15 April 2010, Civil Aviation Minister declared on the floor of the parliament that 16 “Zero” Airlines have asked time to implement “Commission”. – pls see att.

(b) On 12 Aug 2010, MoCA has directed DGCA to change the law to make “commission” an option at the will of Airlines.

Friends, item (b) is a clear breach of honour and dignity of the House. Further the Agents and public have been misled, sadly. All our members are kindly requested to contact their respective MP for appropriate recourse to recall the directive.

Remember, ours is a do-or-die situation. Strengthen IAAI to help all of us out of disaster.
